What are some of my professional experiences?

Vice President, RFP Writer (Current Role) - CITI

As an RFP Writer for Citi Private Bank, I have completed over the last two years approximately 80 RFPs/DDQs/RFIs, while also responsible for various monthly DDQs on a recurring basis. Since the beginning of 2022, RFP wins have accounted for approximately $1.6 billion in total assets based on RFPs worked on. Additionally, as part of my role, I have to develop qualitative responses to be uploaded to the eVestment database by collaborating with both SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) as well as Senior Professionals to provide consistent messaging across the firm and for equity, fixed income and multi-asset products. Lastly, part of my role requires streamlining the RFP process by working with SMEs/Senior Professionals within the firm to upload more than 1,000 responses into the Qvidian database; these responses are used consistently by the RFP Team for future opportunities.

RFP Data Associate - Alliancebernstein

As a member of the RFP Data Team, one of my main responsibilities was to ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of information to the prospect/consultant/client community, which involves individually completing a large number of RFPs/DDQs/RFIs (while also responsible for monthly DDQs on a recurring basis). As an RFP Data Associate, I spent time updating qualitative language within the eVestment database by collaborating with both SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) as well as RFP writers to provide consistent messaging across the firm and various investment products, which includes both equity and fixed income. Additionally, I coordinated with SMEs/Senior Professionals within the firm to organize and modify qualitative responses required to complete various monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc requests. My responsibilities also included uploading content to the RFP Library (RocketDocs) including various types of documents pertaining to firm/product information which are used consistently by the RFP Team and Product Team for RFPs, in addition to prospect and client presentations.

Financial Intelligence analyst - UBS

During my time as a Financial Intelligence Analyst at UBS, I acted as an Anti-Money Laundering Compliance subject matter expert for UBS Investment Bank, supporting the bank in managing AML risks. As part of my day-today responsibilities, I researched individuals and entities regarding negative news, customer identification/verification, and Politically Exposed Person (PEP) requests to ensure they are not risks to the company. Additionally, I enforced the client identification program and related policies/procedures.

Associate financial Analyst - Fidelity Investments

During my time on the Institutional Wealth Services Billing Team, I executed the set-up and implementation of pricing agreements on the Fidelity IWS Billing team for RIAs and other large advisory firms. One of my main responsibilities was overseeing the soft-dollar commissions process for Fidelity RIA/Family Office clients, and I was the primary soft-dollar analyst in the IWS Billing space. Additionally, I was responsible for problem resolution for all billing discrepancies and issues in IWS Billing.

Institutional Brokerage operations Representative II - Fidelity Investments

As a part of the FI Operational Accounting team, I was responsible for ensuring the reconciliation, balancing, and analysis of Fidelity-related brokerage activity, primarily in foreign exchange and operational accounts. This role included engaging and actively reviewing, resolving and validating exception items, audit and compliance backup, as well as business unit reporting. I was also responsible for creating change within the business unit through enhancement projects, new product roll-outs, and process improvements. 

Investment Consultant Development Program INTERN- Fidelity Investments

At my time at Fidelity Investments in the Investment Consultant Development Program, I obtained industry knowledge and important soft business skills such as sales process and presentation skills. I used the above skills to effectively foster strong relationships with investment professionals. I also evaluated the overall internship experience by presenting a capstone project to senior management to help shape future hiring processes. I was awarded "Intern of the Summer" among my peers in this department as well. 

International Trade Associate - World Trade Centre Dublin

At the WTC Dublin, I was primarily responsible for optimizing the membership of participants of the trade groups and services of World Trade Centre Dublin. I also assisted with and supported meetings with small- to medium-sized enterprises locally to showcase trade advisory capabilities, products, channel partners and client offerings. Furthermore, I developed and researched content for blogs and reports about topics related to the World Trade Centre and their clients, which were then published. 

Wealth Management Intern - Coastal Management Group

As a wealth management intern at this firm in Narragansett, Rhode Island, I evaluated equity investments using the discounted cash flow and public comparables valuation methods. Every week, I worked closely with the fund manager on research topics and discussed long/short positions. Additionally, I learned the intricacies and inner-workings of an award-winning hedge fund group that has had proven success over the past half-decade or so.
